It’s been hard to post things on a blog for me now, I use to use it as an outlet to share pictures, and bad stories of my days on the road, work or at home, but now with all the social outlets, you really don’t need a blog to share your creativity or to look for attention for things that other people can do better.

We have twitter, instagram and that crap one Facebook, I don’t do much on Facebook, I like to read it sometimes to be noisy, but to be honest it’s the worst one of all and I can’t stand it. Anyway I digress, I find it easier to upload a photo taken with my iPhone and only have to come up with something to say in 140 characters, to a social network of people that I know will look at my picture.

So where does that leave the blog, most people use it as an outlet for their soap box, others maybe a continued love to write about their day, but I’ve been browsing some blogs I use to follow and people don’t post as much any more, is blogging become a thing for the crazy stay at home folk?

As for my blog I’m not really sure what to do with it, I shared a video of what I’ve been working on with work in the last post, because I felt I needed to post something, I guess we’ll see.

Today or at least for a couple more hours is my wife’s birthday. One of the million and a half reasons I love my wife is, she doesn’t just have a birthday it’s more like a birthmonth, the whole month is her special day, it’s so awesome. Being that it’s her birthday, I’ve been thinking a lot about her today, and how grateful I am to have a wife that is so amazing! So full of emotion and love, I love that she speaks her mind, and always gets her way, at least with me, she always wins the arguments, and she’s always talking smack while playing guitar hero, even if your on the same team as her.

I love my wife so much it hurts,I wouldn’t be complete without her.

A couple days ago, I had a day off in D.C., my first time actually, so I went site seeing. One of the places we went too was the air and space museum, it was pretty awesome. I was excited to see the older planes, being a military history guy, and I was excited to get a close up look at Anaken Skywalker’s podracer engine, it was in really good shape.

It’s been hot every where, but the picture above tells us what the temp has been in the shop, so to add to the headache of my job, the heat for sure isn’t helping, I’m going to be doing in door shows, here in the near future, that will be a relief from the heat, not sure about the headache.

I promise I’m not the type that sits around and looks at youtube, I really don’t have time for that stuff, but as I was watching sports center and talking to my dad about the NFL lock out bull crap, I was thinking about when I use to stay up late watching ESPN 9 when I lived in Florida, it would always have European soccer on which I would like to attend some day, the fans that attend those games (Manchester or Liverpool) are crazy devoted, and it would also air some Australian Football, I loved to watch some AFL, it’s pretty hard core, no pads or helmets, and it’s pretty much full contact, not in the same way as the NFL but close, anyway I just thought I would share some AFL.
